HOW Can Counseling Help?
Are you feeling overwhelmed at home or work? Is your child struggling with difficult behaviors? If you are at a loss of ways to help yourself or your family overcome such barriers, then speaking with a counselor can provide you with the answers and support that you are seeking.
I know it can be scary to ask for help, but, my primary goal is to meet you where you are without posing any judgment. This allows freedom for discovery, hope, and fulfillment by establishing healthy thinking, healthy feeling, and healthy behaving.

If you or your child are struggling with a difficult life transition, depression, anxiety, or trauma, I am here to help. I pride myself on guiding and supporting individuals and families. I know that traditional talk therapy is not always the best route for everyone. I struggled in the past mainly due to trauma, loss, and fear of trusting my own intuition.
I found that talk therapy combined with a holistic coaching approach worked best for me. That is why I take a mind / body / spirit approach to healing. I am happy to answer any questions that you may have about energy healing, manifesting your desires, and how to better connect with your intuition!

I am a licensed clinical therapist, utilizing alternative healing methods. I work with young children, teens, and adults to help people release their fears, empower one another and live free. I work with you to find the answers and give you the techniques and solutions to solve the issues you are experiencing. Real, genuine and hands-on advice that works.
